Do you carry insurance?
Professional liability coverage is maintained, and Certificates of Insurance can be provided when required.
What happens if our event date or schedule changes?
Rescheduling and cancellation terms are clearly covered in the service agreement.
Do you travel outside Raleigh-Durham?
Travis is based in Raleigh-Durham and available throughout North Carolina and for selected regional engagements. Applicable travel requirements are included in the proposal.
Can you coordinate with our venue or AV team?
Yes. Advance coordination can cover load-in, setup, sound requirements, microphones, timelines, and production details.
What about outdoor events or weather?
Outdoor-event requirements and weather contingencies are discussed during planning and addressed as appropriate for the event.
