Before the event, Travis can coordinate with event planners, venue teams, AV/production teams, event managers, and program coordinators to review the run of show, music cues, announcements, program transitions, and timing details.
That advance conversation can include load-in and setup timing, DJ placement, power requirements, venue or external AV systems, wireless microphones, stage positioning, sound checks, event timelines, and load-out. The emphasis is simple: clear roles, fewer surprises, and a smoother experience for the team managing the event.

When useful, Travis can provide professional MC support for introductions, announcements, transitions, special moments, and clear communication with the room.
